Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 march 2021 at aegis amherst are required by the trustee who can be reached at c/- mcvay bates & associates, suite 12, 473 beach road, duncraig wa 6023 to send particulars of their claims to them within 1 month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then had notice.
