Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or before 19 november 2020, are required by the personal representatives david alan grimble and frances siebert c/- lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 28 may 2021, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
