The Child Protection Regulations Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2018 amend the Adoption Regulations 1995 and the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Regulations 2005. Various fees are amended as set out in the table. Schedule 3 items 1(a), 2 and 3 are amended to change the fee from $84.00 to $85.00.
