Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel section MH404 (1)(b)(1)(x) as published in the Government Gazette on 25 October 1991 and hereby set aside the following area of water for parasailing, water skiing and speed boat racing. Location: Those waters of the Swan River east of the Narrows Bridge bounded by a line commencing 50 metres from the bridge and 50 metres from the South Perth foreshore.
