These regulations amend the Building Regulations 2012, inserting definitions and amending regulations related to fire resistance performance requirements and non-combustible external walls. They specify applicable building standards for replacement occupancy permits and unauthorised work, and introduce new standards for non-combustible external walls, referencing AS 5113:2016 and verification method CV3.
