Notice Text

Under the provisions of the Bush Fires Act 1954, landowners or occupiers are required to carry out fire prevention work on their property to the satisfaction of the Shire or its authorised officers by Saturday, 15 November 2025. All land must be maintained in this condition up to and including Monday, 27 April 2026. Persons who fail to comply with the requirements of this notice may be issued with an infringement notice or be prosecuted.
