Notice Text

As a landowner or occupier you are required under the provisions of the Bush Fires Act 1954 to carry out fire prevention work on your property. Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required to carry out fire prevention work on land owned or occupied by you in accordance with the provisions of this notice, to the satisfaction of the Shire or its duly authorised officers on or before 15 November 2023. All land is to be maintained up to and including 26 April 2024.
