These regulations are the public health amendment regulations 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows β (a) regulations 1 and 2 β on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations β on the day after that day. These regulations amend the public health regulations 2017. In regulation 6(5) in the definition of hiv infection notification form delete βname, dated 1 september 2017 andβ and insert: name.
