These regulations are the public health amendment regulations 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the public health regulations 2017. In regulation 6(5) in the definition of hiv infection notification form delete “name, dated 1 september 2017 and” and insert: name.
