Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, has decided to grant an application by Pearls Pty Ltd to renew a pearl oyster farm lease in Prince Frederick Harbour—Area 1. The lease expires 31 December 2046. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
