Establishment of East Pilbara Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade

That council— 1. In accordance with 41(3) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, cancels the registration of Nullagine and Jigalong Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades with the equipment, assets and funds of the Brigades placed under the control of the Shire of East Pilbara in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995; 2. In accordance with 41(1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954 , establishes East Pilbara Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade and allocates the equipment, assets and funds of the cancelled Nullagine and Jigalong Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades to the East Pilbara Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade; 3. In accordance with 41(2a) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, requests the Chief Executive Officer to notify the Fire and Emergency Services Commissioner of 1 and 2 above.
