Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Bates/Mulkas Cave Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Bates/Mulkas Cave. The boundary of the Bates/Mulkas Cave protected area consists of the area labelled 'H' on Deposited Plan 423693. The Bates Cave Painting Site Protected Area Order 1974 is revoked.
