These regulations are the commercial tenancy (retail shops) agreements amendment regulations 2017. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the commercial tenancy (retail shops) agreements regulations 1985. Regulation 3ab(a) is amended to delete 'the new zealand stock exchange limited;' and insert: a stock exchange outside australia and the external territories that is not otherwise exempt under the act.
