Tender description
The PTA is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced event management company (Contractor) to assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of the Activations and Events Program (the Program). The Program is designed to activate new METRONET station precincts and transform them into vibrant community spaces, building a positive, long-term legacy of public transport in Perth. Activations and events will be delivered at select METRONET stations where METRONET considers that they will have the greatest impact on public transport usage and community engagement. The PTA is delivering the Program on behalf of METRONET until June 2026. The Contractor is required to work collaboratively with the PTA to appropriately plan and manage the production and delivery of activations and events in alignment with the Program objectives and guiding principles. The budget is $950,000 (Excl. GST). This will include all Contractor’s, insurance, materials, administration, transport, travel and delivery costs. Event management and administration fees must not to exceed 20% of the total Program budget. Event delivery costs must account for no less than 80% of the total Program budget.
