🚆 Thornlie Rail Extension Business Case

Deloitte secured an $88k contract from WA's Public Transport Authority to review and manage the Thornlie Rail Extension Business Case's economic analysis.

This scope is to review the draft Economic Analysis carried out by others and participants in review meetings, advise and recommend ways in which the analysis could be improved during the February review period between draft submissions. Assist with planning any activities that are identified as required updated to the business case. Participate and advise on input data that is to be updated fot the next submission of the economic analysis and financial analysis, e.g capex and opex data. Receive feedback on the end of the January draft by others and carry out agreed actions and updates. Continue to take ownership of the business case cocument and manage the master document to resubmit in line with agreed PTA timeframes.

The Public Transport Authority awarded an estimated $88,000 contract via Quotation to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
