The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of Evaporative systems and Gas Heaters and make good of All areas including floors, walls, ceilings and Roof finishes. The supply and installation of new Refrigerated Air Conditioning to the DoE Standard Brief. Including the requirement for Mechanical Fresh Air to Classroom. Minor Building works may also be required. Some Blocks are documented for full roof replacements and re-pitching.
