🏫 Walliston PS - Re-Roofing and Associated Electrical Upgrade

Safeway won a $743,177 contract for re-roofing and electrical upgrades at Walliston Primary School, to be completed during the 2025/2026 school holidays.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake re-roofing and associated electrical upgrades at Walliston Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to: Supply & installation of all roofing material incl. trusses safety mesh, insulation, flashing, fasteners etc Anchor points, ladder access- certification required Electrical works ACM works (Testing and removal) Mechanical/gas works Plumbing The works are required to be completed during the December 2025 and January 2026 school holidays. Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
