Deep River Carpentry secured a $155,652 contract from Programmed Facility Management for concrete pathway maintenance in Hedland, Pilbara.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake pathway maintenance at the below premises: Lot 352, 17 Raven Road, South Hedland WA 6722 Lot 504, 5 Fairlead Bend, Shellborough WA 6722 The Work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of old footpaths and replace with new reinforced concrete footpaths. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
