💰 Media and Creative Services Common Use Arrangement

WA Treasury awarded a $1B media and creative services CUA to multiple agencies, replacing an older arrangement. Evaluation for one category is ongoing.

The Department of Treasury and Finance will establish a whole of government Common Use Arrangement (CUA) for Media and Creative Services (CUAMCS2025) to replace the CUA for Media Booking, Buying and Planning Services for Advertising CUAMBBP2018 (www.wa.gov.au) . The new CUA will comprise three categories: Category A – Media Strategy and Trading (Campaign) Category B – Creative Services* Category C – Non-Campaign Advertising Respondents may submit an Offer for one or more of the above categories. *The evaluation process for Category B is ongoing and award details will be published when the process is complete.

The Department of Treasury and Finance awarded an estimated $1,000,000,000 contract for Media and Creative Services via Open Advertisement. Winning contractors include 303 MullenLowe, Initiative Media, Longreach Media, OMD, and The Brand Agency.
