Tender description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a supply & installation of new reverse cycle air-conditioning replacing evaporative units at Hilton Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the supply and install of inverter type split air-conditioners to each classroom currently serviced by the evaporative air-conditioners. Decommission and removal of existing gas heaters and make good. Once award is issued, tenderer to commence procurement of materials. Please note that all work is scheduled for completion during the July and/or Sept-Oct school term break.
