The maintenance of back-end CCTV software which supports the electric urban fleets, and the diesel intrastate fleet is required under this contract. Maintenance of on-board equipment and the on-board equipment software for PTA’s diesel intrastate fleet is managed by PTA and support for this equipment and software is required. The primary requirements include: Provide the PTA with ongoing maintenance support for DRU (Digital Recording Unit) software applications and DRU hardware. Provide on-call support to ensure that CCTV footage can be obtained from the railcars following an incident. Provide monthly reports of the status of equipment on trains. Provide monthly reports of the status of viewing station equipment at PTA locations, including contractor licensed areas on PTA property. Provide support for maintenance and repairs to failed hardware and equipment.
