Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake upgrades to an existing playground area at Sir David Brand School. The Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing pool fence, single course limestone wall, mulch softfall and soil. Installation of new softfall & astroturf , additional shade sail, drainage solution and play equipment. Please note, this is a special needs children school. As such, works will need to be strictly during school holidays only.
