It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Mt Marshall Local Planning Scheme amendment on 13 December 2017 for the purpose of modifying Table 1 and Clause 4.9 regarding group dwellings and subdivision in the Rural zone.
