It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Northam Local Planning Scheme amendment on 20 December 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lot 860 Yilgarn Avenue, Malabaine from ‘Rural’ zone to ‘Special Use’ zone and denote it as SU13. 2. Including ‘SU13’ and site specific conditions for Lot 860 Yilgarn Avenue into “Schedule 4— Special Use Zones” of the Scheme Text.
