Made by the deputy of the governor in executive council. These regulations are the rail safety national law (wa) amendment regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows โ regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations โ on 1 july 2019. These regulations amend the rail safety national law (wa) regulations 2015. In schedule 3 division 2 clause 1(1) in the table: (a) delete โ89.53โ and insert: 92.56 (b) delete โ0.044โ and insert: 0.046
