The minister for commerce and industrial relations made an order under section 12e of the act to vary retail trading hours for general retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Mandurah local government district. The shops are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on specified days and during the hours specified for that day in the table.
