Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Mandurah resolved on 23 June 2026 to make the Local Government Property and Public Places Amendment Local Law 2026. This local law amends the City of Mandurah Local Government Property and Public Places Local Law 2016, making various changes to clauses including definitions and regulations regarding property and public places.
