I, alistair jones, in my capacity as the acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate to the holders for the time being of the offices of— (a) executive director, state-wide delivery; (b) executive director, assurance; (c) executive director, green energy; (d) director, operations, compliance and enforcement; (e) director, state-wide delivery (environment); (f) director, operational assurance; (f) director, environmental science; and (g) director, water assurance, all the department of water and environmental regulation, all my powers and duties other than this power of delegation under— (a) section 59a of the act. pursuant to section 59(1)(e) of the interpretation act 1984, delegation no. 165 dated 10 may 2024 and published in the gazette on 17 may 2024 is hereby revoked.
