Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under specified sections of the Act and regulations of the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004 to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 170 dated 10 May 2024 is revoked.
