Pietro Giovenco, late of 18 Tahoe Close, Thornlie, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 2 September 2022 are required by the Personal Representative, Janine Kathleen Le Febour and Roberto Giovenco c/- Carlo Primerano & Associates Barristers and Solicitors, Suite 12, 443 Albany Highway, Victoria Park WA 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by Monday, 29 May 2023 after which date the Personal Representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
