Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of desmond allen payne, late of 165 manning road, bentley, western australia, who was found deceased on 14 july 2019, are required by the personal representative, shaun aaron cardo c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, 443 albany highway, victoria park wa 6100 to send particulars of their claims to him by 22 december 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
