It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dandaragan Local Planning Scheme amendment on 10 September 2019 for the purpose of— 1. Rezone a portion of Lot 1 Jurien Road, Jurien Bay from Rural zone to Rural Smallholdings zone. 2. Amend the Scheme Maps accordingly. 3. In Clause 3.2 delete the Rural Residential zone objective and replace with the following—
