It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dandaragan Local Planning Scheme amendment on 2 August 2018 for the purpose of— 1. On the Scheme Maps rezone Lots 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 362 Catalonia Street and Lot 11 Madrid Street, Cervantes from ‘Residential’ and ‘Industrial’ to ‘Special Use 5’. 2.
