It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dandaragan Local Planning Scheme amendment on 28 June 2019 for the purpose of deleting Clause 4.20.1, rewording Clause 5.1.1, deleting the provisions in Clause 5.2 and replace with the following, retitling Clause 5.3, inserting Clause 5.5, amending the Scheme Maps, deleting asterisks in ‘Table 1: Zoning Table’, amending Clause 4.21, and replacing the first paragraph of Clause 4.20.2.
