Poonam Kapoor, Executive Director, Driver and Vehicle Services of the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure, and delegate of the Chief Executive Officer, waives fees payable under Regulation 72B of the Towing Services Regulations 2025 for persons applying for a towing business authorisation or an authorised towing service provider. This includes application fees, authorisation fees, nomination fees, and variation application fees.
