I, Graeme Meinema, Director Waterways Safety Management, Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI), and delegate of the Chief Executive Officer DTMI, acting pursuant to section 115A of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982 (the Act), hereby exempt the following DTMI vessels from an order made under section 66 of the Act (closure of waters). This exemption applies only if the vessel is being used in conjunction with official duties; and the master of the vessel holds, as a minimum, a Coxswain Grade 2 Certificate of Competency. This instrument is to be known as WAMA–2026–208473.
