Amends the pay-roll tax assessment regulations 2003 by updating the list of prescribed departments and organisations.

These regulations amend the Pay-roll Tax Assessment Regulations 2003. Schedule 1 is amended to update the list of prescribed departments and organisations for the purposes of section 40(2)(q) of the Act. Several departments are deleted and new departments are inserted in alphabetical order.
