These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Transitional Housing and Support Program Restricted Areas) Regulations 2016. Regulation 4 is deleted. Regulation 9 is replaced, stating the regulations have effect until the close of 30 July 2026. Schedule 1 is amended by deleting item 7 and inserting details for Lot 105 on 4 Masters Way, Plan 21681, South Hedland.
