Declares listed organisms as permitted organisms for the whole state and revokes previous declarations.

The organisms listed are declared under section 11(1) of the act to be a permitted organism for the whole of the state. All previous declarations under the act relating to the organisms listed are revoked: Pulchrocladia retipora, Dicranum scoparium, Philodendron lynnhannoniae, Philodendron furcatum, Philodendron patriciae, Philodendron sharoniae, Vriesea bleheri.
