The Minister for Planning approved the City of Rockingham Local Planning Scheme amendment on 8 March 2019. The amendment includes deleting plan references, replacing terms, amending clauses related to vegetation removal and bushfire protection, replacing terms related to structure plans, deleting the structure plan interpretation, amending the zoning table for bed and breakfasts, amending special use zoning boundaries, amending zoning boundaries of lots on Mandurah Road and Fifty Road, and rezoning Lot 780 Eighty Road.
