It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Rockingham Local Planning Scheme No. 2 on 4 November 2024 for the purpose of rezoning Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 Sixty Eight Road, Baldivis from the Rural zone to the Special Rural zone and amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
