It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Rockingham Local Planning Scheme amendment on 22 August 2018 for the purpose of amending the Scheme Text as follows—Clause 4.15.6.2 sub-paragraph (3) is to be replaced with the following text.
