It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Rockingham Local Planning Scheme amendment on 8 November 2017 for the purpose of rezoning Lot 1 Serpentine Road and Lots 503, 1006, 1007 and 1272 Baldivis Road, Baldivis from ‘Rural’ and ‘Special Rural’ to ‘Development’ on the Scheme Map.
