I, heather brayford, deputy director general of the department of primary industries and regional development, as delegate of the chief executive officer, pursuant to clause 14(3) of the pilbara trap managed fishery management plan 1992, having taken into account advice from the director aquatic science and assessment and consulted with pilbara trap managed fishery licence holders, consider it appropriate to do so and do hereby determine that the capacity of the pilbara trap managed fishery shall be limited to 5,456 trap days for the period commencing 1 january 2022 and ending 31 december 2022.
