It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Chittering Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 April 2023 for the purpose of modifying the Scheme Maps by introducing the Rural Residential zone over Lot M1942 Morley Road, Lower Chittering.
