It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Chittering Local Planning Scheme amendment on 15 September 2022 for the purpose of rezoning portions of Lots 800-804, and 192, 194 and 35 Great Northern Highway, Muchea, within Precinct 3 of the Muchea Industrial Park from Agricultural Resource zone to Light Industry zone, and amend the scheme map accordingly.
