Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). The name of the protected area is Nickol River Midden. The boundary of the Nickol River Midden protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 425812. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Nickol River Midden Protected Area Order 1992 is revoked.
