Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Kutal Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Kutal. The boundary of the Kutal protected area consists of Lot 77 on Deposited Plan 425723. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Kutal Protected Area Order 1989 is revoked.
