Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Tjunti-Nja Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Tjunti-Nja. The boundary of the Tjunti-Nja protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 426256. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Tjunti-Nja Protected Area Order 1991 is revoked.
