Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder resolved on 26 April 2022 to make the following local law: this local law is cited as the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Cat Amendment Local Law 2022 and comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. Amends clause 2.3(3) of the Principal Local Law.
