In accordance with section 195 of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, and on the recommendation of WorkCover WA, I hereby make the Workers Compensation (Approved Permanent Impairment Assessor) Fees Order 2024. This order fixes scales of fees and charges for permanent impairment assessment services provided by approved permanent impairment assessors under the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023. This order commences on 1 July 2024.
